<br/><br/> This descriptive research is connected with the determination of the respondent's profile and the family related factors such as family ties, family status, family responsibilities and parental authority; also the management related factors such as policy formulation, policy implementation, decision making leadership style in relation to the values orientation on politics, economic and social.  The statistical tool used to test the hypothesis were the frequency, percentage, mean and Pearson product-moment correlation in order to determine the correlation of the independent variable to dependent variables.
