This study entitled "DEVELOPMENT AND VALIDATION OF GRADE 11 INSTRUCTIONAL MODULE FOR TECHNOLOGY AND LIVELIHOOD EDUCATION - AGRIFISHERIES ARTS (CROP PRODUCTION) NC II" primarily aimed at developing and validating a module for Grade 11 AFA Crop Production leading to NC II for Bataan National High School-Senior High School students. Selected public secondary school teachers in TLE Agriculture and Fisheries Arts, as well as supervisors of TLE from the DepEd Bataan Division Office and experts from the Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Training Institute (DA-ATI) served as expert content evaluators. Topics on the module were presented for clarification on how the module was designed. The lessons were presented in a manner which could easily be understood by the students. The module catered to the scope of the topics and lesson within the subject and program offered through the K to 12 Curriculum. The module was patterned after the DepEd requirements of the subject using the mandated curriculum guide (CG). Specifically, the study identified the profile of the teacher-respondents in terms of age, sex, civil status, years of experience, and highest educational attainment. The teacher respondents, supervisors, and experts assessed the module based on criteria such as objectives, content validity, manner of presentation, usefulness, and evaluation. The significant differences in the developed module are described as perceived by the respondents. The implications of this study to Technology and Livelihood Education pedagogy, in Agriculture and Fisheries Arts (AFA) component in particular were also presented. The data was treated statistically using frequency count, percentage, for the profile of the respondents, weighted mean for the evaluation of the modules, and independent t-test for the significant differences. The study was limited to the selected teachers and experts in selected Senior High Schools in the Province of Bataan during School Year 2016-2017. Findings revealed that the perception of respondents in terms of objectives, content validity, manner of presentation, usefulness, and manner of evaluation showed that the three groups of respondents "Strongly Agree". Overall, the teachers, supervisors and experts, strongly agree in all the indicators of the module for instruction. Overall, the respondents were satisfied with the module with the supervisors and experts providing equal composite means while the faculty members a little bit lower. This indicates that the module was acceptable among the three groups of respondents. The differences in perception among the three respondents in terms of the three domains were also tested in the study. Findings revealed that the respondents had common perceptions on the module with respect to the attainment of objectives, hence, there is no difference in the perceptions of respondents on the instructional module with respect to objectives. The perceptions of the respondents with respect to content validity were statistically the same and therefore, no differences exist in the perception of the teachers, supervisors and experts on the developed module with respect to content validity. With respect to manner of presentation, the perceptions between the respondents had no significant differences. Statistically, there was no difference between the perceptions of the respondents in terms of the usefulness of the module. In terms of evaluation, it was found out that there is no significant differences in the perceptions of the respondents. In summary, the independent t-test that was conducted to compare the perception of the teachers, supervisors and experts on the module and all domains consistently showed a no significant difference results, which meant that all throughout the various domains for evaluating the proposed module, the perception of the respondents converges on a common area. Therefore, the lone hypothesis that there is no significant difference in the perceptions of the expert-respondents in terms of Objectives, Content Validity, Manner of Presentation, Usefulness and Evaluation was upheld. It is recommended that the module be subjected to utilization among actual students whom the module is intended to measure its effectiveness and validity. It was also recommended that the evaluation activities in the module be subjected for test-retest analysis and item analysis to further identify the items that could possibly be encountered as difficult by users of the module. Opportunities for further studies related to the present study could involve the development of module on other course in Agri-Fisheries Arts, most especially the continuation of Agricultural Crop Production NC II which is Agricultural Crop Production NC III.
