Moreover, it targeted to make an infographic in a form of a mini book providing a brief discussion of the characteristics of the educational leaders in the province. Q-sort Approach was employed to gain those and to systematically analyze the subjectivity of the topic. In detail, an unstructured interview was conducted to twenty five (25) educational administrators composed of supervisors, school heads, and department heads to make forty (40) statements or q set. After doing so, forty (40) respondents composed of principals and department heads sorted the cue cards containing the q set or forty (40) statements in the q grid. They were asked to rank the statements from most desired, neutral, and least desired. Afterwards, the results were encoded for the conduct of the factor analysis. Specifically, PQMethod is utilized since it is deemed to find the relationship between the retained factors. More so, data were analyzed further using the PQ Method software. While a three-factor Varimax rotation was conducted to examine the data more closely. From the findings, three (3) educational administrators' characteristics were revealed: holistically confident, conscientious, and altruistic. It was also found that it was not the length of experience rather the value of experiences encountered that make a leader effective and efficient. Also, even though studying the characteristics is a subjective kind of research, the findings were gained objectively with the employment of the Q-method. As a recommendation, constant orientation and Administrator Induction Program (AIP) must be conducted and DepEd Order # 42, s. 2007 should also be revisited ER -
