<br/><br/> This study sought assesses the learning competencies in Technology and Livelihood Education of senior Students at the Bataan Peninsula State University, Orani Campus during Scholl Year 2010-2011.  Specially, to examine the instructional; competencies of TLE instructors in terms of: methods and techniques of teaching, delegation of works, participation in classroom activities, strategies, motivational factors and communication. School-related factors such as the availability, adequacy and usability of physical facilities, equipment and instructional materials were also described.
