<br/><br/> This study focused mainly to determine how the clinical instructor, nursing staff and hospital related factors affect the level of effectiveness of the Clinical Learning Experience Program (CLEP) of the Bataan General Hospital (BGH) City of Balanga, Bataan during Academic Year 2006-2007.  The respondents of this study were fifteen (15) clinical nursing staff of BGH, nineteen (19) clinical instructors and one hundred seventy eight (178) fourth year nursing students of Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU) enrolled for the second semester of the Academic Year 2006-2007.
