Specially, this research sought answers to the following questions: what is the profile of the client in terms of age, gender, educational background, civil status, economic status and diagnostic; how may the profile of the hospital be described in terms of policies and procedures, supplies and equipment, room capacity, financial assistance and continuing-education program and lastly, What is the level of compliance and effectiveness of psychiatric nursing procedures.
