This descriptive study aims to identify how the psycho-social factors affect the management practices of the school administrators of selected private and public higher education institutions in Bataan during the Academic Year 2010-2011. The HEIs which participated in the study were the following: Bataan National School of Arts and Trade, Tomas Del Rosario Academy, AMA Computer College, Microcity College, Systems Technology Institute (STI), Bataan Heroes Memorial College and Softnet College in Balanga city, Polytechnic College University of the Philippines-Mariveles in Mariveles and Limay Polytechnic College in Limay. A total of 9 school administrators served as respondents of the study. Specially, the study described the profile of the school administrators in terms of their psycho-socio factors like attitude, emotional stability, social maturity, self-confidence, achievement motivation and creative potential and their management practices like planning and organizing, utilization of management resources, report and record management, problem-analysis for decision-making, leadership and personnel management, human relations and community development, problem analysis and decision-making individual processes and group processes.
