520 _aThe general objective of the study was to determine the path analysis on the utilization of Strategic Intervention Materials (SIM) among select City Schools Division in region III. It was participated by elementary school heads and teachers under school year 2017 - 2018. The study employed a non-experimental design that adopted both qualitative and quantitative research method. It focused on linear regression via path analysis of Strategic Intervention Materials on City Schools Division in Region III and the input on intervention mapping protocol enhancement. The quantitative result of the perceived depth of use was the main consideration of the study. The depth of use was assessed depending on the behavioral attitude and actual use of SIM. Qualitative analysis on different identified exogenous and endogenous variables leading to the actual use of use was also measured. Findings among the endogenous and exogenous factors such as management support and personal innovation both has positive significant direct effect on actual use of SIM. Likewise, given endogenous variables have positively direct effect on actual from the different stages of in depth use of SIM. Quality of SIM and personal innovation both found strongly agreed on teachers' perception in construction and utilization of SIM. It showed that teachers find difficulty in constructing SIM though it is helpful to the students. The teachers do not have an eagerness in SIM construction because of the mental effort, time, energy and money. Management support and personal innovation both has positive significant direct effect on actual use of SIM. Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and behavioral intention to use have positive significant direct effects on actual use of SIM. Strict implementation and sustainability in SIM construction and utilization must be monitored. A team or a school body is highly recommended to take charge on checking the content and effectivity of SIM.
