Specifically, it investigated the effectiveness of the CGA in terms of problem identification, management commitment, data formulation and costs and benefits of training; the level of job performance of TransCo employees before and after the conduct of CGA; the difference in the perception between supervisors and the rank-and-file on the effectiveness of the CGA in determining training needs; the difference in the level of job performance of Tranco employees before and after the administration of CGA; and the implication of the findings of the study to the management of Transco - NL O&M. | ||
