500 _aThis study determined the level of client satisfaction in baking industry of Bataan during the fiscal year 2009. The population of the study is based on the number of banks located in the city of balanga excluding those that was just opened a year or less. There are twenty two (22) banks located in City of Balanga but only seventeen (17) were included in the study. The study used quota sampling and fifteen (15) respondents were surveyed for each blank for a total of two hundred fifty five (255) respondents.
