This descriptive study aims to identify how school-based management (SBM) practices affect the performance of administrators, teachers and schools in selected public secondary schools in Region III during the School Year 2011-2012. Specifically the study described the performance of the administrator and head teachers in terms of student development, staff development, and curriculum development. Physical management, Research development, Linkages development and Fiscal management. Moreover, the number of teachers promoted and professional advancement along affiliation to professional organization, educational attainment, expert service and teaching innovations and research conducted were assessed.
