ABSTRACT This study is delimited to the English teacher of St. Joseph College during the School Year 2007-2008. This covers the profile of the respondents which is described in terms of: educational attainment, length of service, eligibilities and educational trainings. The teaching repertoire is measured in terms of: coaching, educational technology, colloquium, student's adaptability, ethos. This is also delimited on the teaching proficiency of the respondents, which may be described in terms of: instructional planning, instructional strategies, communication skills, motivation and professional standards.
