This study is concerned with the teaching functions vis-a-vis teacher's performance at St. Joseph College-Olongapo. It composed of forty four (44) faculty, five (5) coordinators and one (1) head with total respondents of fifty (50). It included the profile of the respondents in terms of age, gender, status, educational attainment, years of teaching experiences, status of appointment and relevant trainings and seminar attended. Teaching functions also included: instructional presentation feedback, and performing non-instructional duties.
