The population frame of the study consisted of eight participants who are public secondary academic teachers and had no training or seminar intended for TLE subject. The study utilized the Qualitative type of research since the subject under the investigation is concerned with teaching experiences. The researcher conducted an in-depth interview to gather data and coded the themes using MAXQDA software. The extracted themes are as follows, (1) Challenged in Terms of Facilities and Learning Materials, (2) Challenged in terms of knowledge and skills, (3) Adjusting to Learn (4) Teaching Multiple Subjects (5) Manifest Positive Attitude (6) Adopt innovative and resourceful way of teaching (7) Experience Family Support and (8) Acceptance Based on the results, participants face difficulties in providing quality instruction due to lacking facilities and learning materials, which they find hard to provide because of its expensiveness. Since most of the participants are teaching ICT subjects, most of the materials needed in teaching the subjects are hard to find. Teaching multiple subjects may be one of the most pressing issues among the participants since it is hard to manage. Teachers should provide consideration when it comes to assigning teaching loads.
