Recommendations were strongly sanctioned based on the findings and conclusion of the study. It is strongly suggested that female students should extend their help to their male classmates through teachers' intervention. The students should continue practicing their listening skill and develop their own preferred listening technique for capacity build-up in listening skill to overcome speech anxiety. Maintain the same administration policy on English language department. Teachers may choose to adopt the proposed learning action plan.
