The respondents were 60 teachers and 120 selected pupils in District I Division of Olongapo during the School Year 2019-2020. This study used an explanatory-sequential design consisting of two distinct phases where the quantitative results of the study collected through survey questionnaire were followed up and supported by qualitative data that refined and explained the statistical results. The findings revealed that there is no significant difference in the respondents' readiness in terms of group and there is no significant correlation between the respondents' readiness and performance.
